Billy Idol

BILLY IDOL, cuyo nombre real es William Michael Albert Broad, nació el 30 de noviembre de 1955 en Stanmore, Middlesex, Inglaterra. Es un cantante, compositor y actor británico-estadounidense que ganó fama en los años 70 como líder de la banda de punk Generation X. Posteriormente, inició una exitosa carrera en solitario que lo convirtió en una figura prominente durante la “Segunda Invasión Británica” impulsada por MTV en los Estados Unidos. Con éxitos como “White Wedding”, “Rebel Yell” y “Eyes Without a Face”, Idol se consolidó como un ícono del rock de los 80. A lo largo de su carrera, ha lanzado varios álbumes exitosos y sigue siendo una influencia en la música rock
